Terms of Service

These terms apply to services you buy from LocalPro One LLC (“LocalPro,” “we,” “us”), Parrish, FL. By completing checkout you agree to these terms. We keep the wording simple on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

1. Managed Business Website ($47/month)

• Price and billing: $47 per month, month-to-month. $0 setup fee. Your first payment is charged at checkout and starts your subscription. After that you are billed monthly on the same date.
• No long-term contract: you can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. You will not be billed again after that.
• Website: a custom business website with up to 5 core pages. Larger sites, new pages, redesigns and advanced features are quoted separately before any work starts.
• Hosting and SSL: hosting on LocalPro servers and an SSL certificate are included while your subscription is active.
• Email: up to 3 mailboxes on your business domain.
• Content edits: up to 30 minutes per month of routine content edits (for example text, images, hours, service descriptions). Unused time does not roll over.
• Routine maintenance: routine technical maintenance is included.
• Domain: domain registration and renewal are not included in the $47 and are billed separately. You can keep your domain with your current registrar. If you register or transfer a domain through LocalPro, the domain stays yours, subject to registrar rules and renewal fees.
• You own your files: you own the transferable website files from day one. If you leave, ask us for a ZIP export of your website files at no charge. Hosted forms and other integrations may rely on LocalPro systems and may need to be replaced or reconfigured with a new provider. Third-party licensed elements stay subject to their own licenses.
• Delivery target: our target is a website ready for your review within 7 business days after we receive all of your onboarding materials and any access we need. Revisions, missing materials and third-party issues can affect the launch date. This is a target, not a guarantee.
• Search rankings: the site includes a mobile-friendly layout and basic search-engine setup. We never guarantee search rankings, traffic, inquiries or other business results.
• If you cancel: If you cancel, we may offer a lower-cost hosting-only option.

2. Other LocalPro plans

CallBoss™, Business-in-a-Box and other plans are billed at the price shown on the plan’s page and at checkout. Unless the plan page says otherwise, they are month-to-month with no setup fee, and you can cancel effective at the end of the paid billing period. Phone minutes above a plan’s included amount, text messages and other usage are billed at the rates shown on the plan page.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the content, photos and access we need.
• Make sure you have the right to use any content you send us.
• Do not use our services for anything illegal, spam, or anything that breaks the rules of phone carriers, email providers or other platforms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause services until the account is brought up to date. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Ending service

You can cancel at any time on our cancellation page (localpro.one/cancel) or by contacting us. We may end service if these terms are broken or a balance goes unpaid. When a hosted service ends, the website, email and other hosted services stop working at the end of the paid period, so request your ZIP export and move your email before then.

6. Limits

Services are provided as described on our pages and in these terms. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes to your price will be communicated before they take effect.

9. Text messages

Text messages from LocalPro: when you opt in, you agree to receive Marketing, Customer Care and Account Notification messages by text message. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact us at +16073334572. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. We handle your information as our Privacy Policy describes.
