No. Every Beacon plan is month-to-month with no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime. Paying yearly? Ask us about annual billing (2 months free).
Do you post fake reviews?
No, never. Every review comes from a real customer of yours, in their own words. We also never offer discounts or freebies for reviews, because Google bans that.
Do you only ask happy customers?
No. Everyone gets asked, and everyone always has the option to post publicly. An unhappy customer can also tell you privately first, so you get the chance to make it right.
Do I need to change my website?
No. Beacon works with the website you already have. If you want our review widgets on it, we give you a small snippet to add, or we add it for you.
When does automatic texting start?
Beacon texts customers from your own business number. That number has to be approved by the phone carriers first, which usually takes a few weeks. Everything else starts right away.
Can I cancel?
